The awareness by the volume of consumption of the plastics of an alone use in our daily life has gone growing and also has arrived in the use of the water in the job centres and the domiciles. The companies associated to ADEAC, Association of Distributors, Envasadores and Producers of Water in Cooler reinforce the bet by the sustainability and the reduction of the use of the plastic. ADEAC Presents like the solution to the legal requirements of the autonomic rules on the use of plastics of an alone use. Autonomous communities like Balearic Islands, Euskadi, Navarra or the Valencian Community already have approved the legislation that forbids the use of these plastics. The companies associated to ADEAC have worked to adapt to the new normative and work jointly for the reduction of the consumption of plastics. ADEAC, Association of Distributors, Envasadores and Producers of Water in Cooler, is a non-profit entity that gathers to the majority of Spanish companies of distribution of water to job centres, domicile and in big format through sources. Founded in 1998, the Association works to give voice to the business interests of his associated, so much in front of the Public Administration as in front of other national organisms or Europeans. To reinforce this aim, ADEAC is member also of Watercooler Europe (WE) that groups to the different national associations of the sector in Europe and in which it collaborates actively.
Like representative of his associated, ADEAC has the recognition of the Spanish and European Administration, what has turn a stood out speaker of the sector.
- Reusable and Recyclable plastic. The bottles of plastic used in the sources dispensers are of polycarbonate. The useful life of these bottles lengthens , of average until the 50 reuses. It treats of a recyclable material to 99% at the end of his useful life.
- Sources 100% recyclable. All the sources of the members of ADEAC are recycled at the end of his useful life.
- Biodegradable glasses. The companies associated to ADEAC promote the use of biodegradable glasses, manufactured with natural components like starch, starch of potato, corn and wheat. This format of glass has showed to be able to reduce notably the environmental impact of his production. On the other hand, it exists the possibility to use glasses and personal bottles of materials like ceramics, glass or metal so that each person can fill water directly from the source dispensadora and like this avert the consumption of glasses of plastic.
