1. At present there is not evidence on the survival of the virus COVID-19 in the potable water or in the residual waters
2. Although it is possible the persistence in the potable water, there is not current evidence that the coronavirus human substitutes are present in the sources of superficial or subterranean water or transmit through the potable water contaminated.
3. The presence of the virus COVID-19 has not detected in the potable water supplies and bases in the current evidence that the risk for the water is low.
In reply to the increasing propagation of COVID-19, the WHO has published a series of documents of technical orientation that include Prevention and Control of Infections (IPC).
